Len Backus has built and led sales teams for over 25 years. His technical education led him to tech startups where his application engineering success at solving customer problems turned into sales excellence.

Three of the startups did IPOs and one was acquired by a Fortune 500 enterprise software company. Len gained international experience early and has had domestic, international and global VP sales leadership roles.

Not limited to strictly sales roles, Len had international operations P&L responsibility for a NASDAQ traded company.
